With over 14 years of experience, I work at the intersection of learning strategy, experience design, and content creation, building programs that do more than inform. They drive measurable results. From improving onboarding performance by 30 percent to increasing engagement by over 150 percent, my focus is always on connecting strategy to real-world impact.
